            Personal Training - One on one training, tailored to suit your lifestyle and commitment to a healthy active life. Programs are developed with your likes and dislikes in mind.  Come as often as you want.  Initial  sessions are 1 1/2 hours for paperwork*** and fitness baselines, each session thereafter is 1 hour. By appointment only.                                                                                                                                                                                                    

            Fees- Per Session $40.00, 5 Sessions $175.00*, 10 Sessions $325.00**                                                                                                                                   

            Partner Training - Do you want to train with your spouse, friend, or family member?  Join your partner, for a dynamic workout that will be sure to keep you motivated at home.  Programs will be developed on an individual basis, but you decide how much partner work is involved.  Initial  sessions are 1 1/2 hours for paperwork*** and fitness baselines, By appointment only.                                                                                                                             

            Fees - Per Session per person $29.00, 6 sessions $165.00* , 10 sessions $265.00*

             

            Home Consultation - Do you have fitness equipment at home that you are not sure what to do with or are tired of the same old exercises?  If you want a safe and effective program that you can do with your equipment that you have invested in, in the comfort of your own home, I can come and do an  initial 1 1/2 hour session for paperwork*** and fitness baselines, and then return with a complete program and delivery of program. By appointment only.  

            Fees- $95.00 this includes both the 1 1/2 hour initial consultation and 1 hour program delivery (additional charges will apply for distances farther that 25km from the Studio)


            Group Training - Is there a group of like minded individuals, or a sports team that you belong to that would like to make fitness gains together? Contact us and we will develop a program for you!

            BOOT CAMP : In 45 minutes you will take your heart and muscles to a new fitness level! This intense workout, consisting of everything from Ballistics, Calisthenics, plyometrci and traditional resistance equipment like Dumbbells, body bars, medicine balls etc. this is sure to take your workouts to the next level.


            Mondays            6:00 - 6:45pm            Sept 9th - Dec 16th           14 classes       $155.00   (No Class Oct 14th )



            CIRCUIT TRAINING : 1 hour full body cardiovascular and resistance workout. For both the Beginner and advanced client, modifications can be made to all exercises to suit your fitness level. You will move through various stations completing both a Cardio exercise as well as a resistance exercise. This is group personal training, so technique and form are closely monitored.


            Tuesdays **     9:00am - 10:30am     Sept 10th - Dec 17th      15 Classes    $ 165 Circuit Only  + $45 Core**


            Fridays            9:00am - 10:00am       Sept 13th  - Dec 20th    14 Classes    $155.00   ( no Class Oct. 4th)   


            Saturdays        8:00am - 9:00am        Sept 14th  - Dec 14th     13 Classes   $ 145. 00  ( no Class Oct. 5th)   


            (**+ Mini Core session 30 min)



            CORE + FLEXIBILITY  : 60 min of focus on stability and mobility of your spine and joints. A strong core and stable joints are the key to longevity in sport and general well being. Half of the class will be spent training the deep core muscles to support and sustain back and pelvic health. While the Second half of the class is focused on keeping the joints ligaments and tendons, and muscles flexible and mobile. With both Static and Dynamic stretching.


            Tuesdays        6:00pm - 7:00pm      Sept 10th - Dec 17th         15 Classes    $165.00




            STRENGTH + CORE :  1 hour of focus on all major muscle groups to build real strength from the deepest stabilizer muscles to the larger superficial muscle groups with an emphasis on bore to build a body that is functionally strong and stable! Using a variety of fitness equipment as well as your own body weight, this class is a great place for every fitness ability, beginners to advanced!


            Thursdays         6:00pm - 7:00pm   Sept 12th - Dec 19th       14 Classes   $155.00   (no Class Oct 31st)



             

            OUTDOOR Programming

            Private MTB Lessons


            Combining the Skills Certification through PMBI ( Professional Mountain Bike Instructor), many years of Coaching a multitude of sports, including the Youth MTBK race Team, and Exercise Programming as a Personal Trainer. Working together to build strength and confidence on the Bike will take your riding to the next level!


            $300.00 for 5.5 Hours , Initial Consult 1.5 Hours includes Skills , fitness and movement assessment. remaining 4 hours can be divided as you see fit. 4 X 1 Hour, 2 X 2hour, 2 X 1.5 + 1hour etc.

            pring Skills Clinics At MTBKingston* Trails Registration online at MTBK Skills Clinics on Zone 4


            MTB Bike Workshops :    $55.00 (*MTBKingston is a members only trail network, you can go to www.mtbkingston.ca to purchase a membership or day pass)


            The Beginner Course Focuses on the "six Skills" of Mountain biking - Operation Controls (gears/breaks), Balance and Stability (Body Position), Terrain Awareness (line Selections) Direction control (cornering), Pressure Control and Timing and co-ordination.


            The Intermediate Course will review the above "six Skills" with an introduction to maneuvers such as wheel lifts, small to medium Drops and applying higher elvel skills at speed on the trail.


            Which course is for you? Well if you are brand new to mountain biking, or are struggling with confidence on the trails Beginner is the place to start.

            Have you been riding for a few years and ever heard the words "JUST sit back" or "JUST get some speed" or do you OTB on a regular basis and can't analyze why? Then Intermediate is for you!
