Partner Training - Do you want to train with your spouse, friend, or family member? Join your partner, for a dynamic workout that will be sure to keep you motivated at home. Programs will be developed on an individual basis, but you decide how much partner work is involved. Initial sessions are 1 1/2 hours for paperwork*** and fitness baselines, By appointment only.
Fees - Per Session per person $29.00, 6 sessions $165.00* , 10 sessions $265.00*
Home Consultation - Do you have fitness equipment at home that you are not sure what to do with or are tired of the same old exercises? If you want a safe and effective program that you can do with your equipment that you have invested in, in the comfort of your own home, I can come and do an initial 1 1/2 hour session for paperwork*** and fitness baselines, and then return with a complete program and delivery of program. By appointment only.
Fees- $95.00 this includes both the 1 1/2 hour initial consultation and 1 hour program delivery (additional charges will apply for distances farther that 25km from the Studio)

Strength + Core This 60 min class will focus on all major muscles groups to build real strength from the deepest stabilizer muscles to the larger superficial muscle groups with an emphasis on core to build a body that is functionally strong and stable! Using a variety of fitness equipment as well as your own body weight, this class is a great place for every fitness ability, beginners to advanced!

Circuit Training : This is a 1 hour Full body, Cardiovascular and resistance workout. For both the beginner and advanced client, modifications can be made to all exercises to suit your fitness level. You will move through various stations completing both a cardiovascular exercise as well as a resistance exercise. This is group personal training, so technique and form are closely monitored.

Boot Camp : In 45 minutes you will take your Heart and Muscles to a new fitness level. This intense workout, consisting of everything from Ballistics, Calisthenics, Plyometric, and traditional resistance equipment, like Medicine balls, Body bars, and Dumbbells, this is sure to take your workouts to the next level.

Core + Flexibility : 60 min class focusing on the "true Core" hips, pelvis and low back to keep you strong and stable for all of life's demands both athletically and functionally. Using strength movements specific to healthy movement for half the class and then static and dynamic stretching using equipment such as Yoga straps and trigger point balls, to really focus on deep stretching and mobility.

MTB Bike Workshops : This 2 hour class will give you the confidence you need to ride on single track trails both locally and away. Pair the beginner workshop with the intermediate workshop to really expedite your learning. MTB is a fun way to get fit, but technical skill is required to find your flow! Beginner topics will include Gearing, braking, cornering, body position and small obstacles. The intermediate workshop will be a continuation of the beginner skills, as well as more complex skills like drop offs, jumps and larger obstacles. Come and get "sendy" with us!
