            BOOT CAMP : In 45 minutes you will take your heart and muscles to a new fitness level! This intense workout, consisting of everything from Ballistics, Calisthenics, plyometrci and traditional resistance equipment like Dumbbells, body bars, medicine balls etc. this is sure to take your workouts to the next level.

            CORE + FLEXIBILITY  : 45 min of focus on stability and mobility of your spine and joints. A strong core and stable joints are the key to longevity in sport and general well being. Half of the class will be spent training the deep core muscles to support and sustain back and pelvic health. While the Second half of the class is focused on keeping the joints ligaments and tendons, and muscles flexible and mobile. With both Static and Dynamic stretching.

            STRENGTH + Cardio :   45 min of focus on all major muscle groups to build real strength from the deepest stabilizer muscles to the larger superficial muscle groups with an emphasis on bore to build a body that is functionally strong and stable! Using a variety of fitness equipment as well as your own body weight, this class is a great place for every fitness ability, beginners to advanced!

            Private MTB Lessons


            Combining the Skills Certification through PMBI ( Professional Mountain Bike Instructor), many years of Coaching a multitude of sports, including the Youth MTBK race Team, and Exercise Programming as a Personal Trainer. Working together to build strength and confidence on the Bike will take your riding to the next level!


            $300.00 for 5.5 Hours , Initial Consult 1.5 Hours includes Skills , fitness and movement assessment. remaining 4 hours can be divided as you see fit. 4 X 1 Hour, 2 X 2hour, 2 X 1.5 + 1hour etc.

            MTB Bike Workshops :    $55.00 (*MTBKingston is a members only trail network, you can go to www.mtbkingston.ca to purchase a membership or day pass)


            The Beginner Course Focuses on the "six Skills" of Mountain biking - Operation Controls (gears/breaks), Balance and Stability (Body Position), Terrain Awareness (line Selections) Direction control (cornering), Pressure Control and Timing and co-ordination.


            The Intermediate Course will review the above "six Skills" with an introduction to maneuvers such as wheel lifts, small to medium Drops and applying higher elvel skills at speed on the trail.


            Which course is for you? Well if you are brand new to mountain biking, or are struggling with confidence on the trails Beginner is the place to start.

            Have you been riding for a few years and ever heard the words "JUST sit back" or "JUST get some speed" or do you OTB on a regular basis and can't analyze why? Then Intermediate is for you!
