MTB Bike Clinic :    $55.00 (*MTBKingston is a members only trail network, you can go to www.mtbkingston.ca to purchase a membership or day pass)

Beginner Level 1 Clinic : Brand new to the sport, or still struggling with the basics of Mountain Biking from lack of confidence or fear? We will explore the Abc's of riding a bike, outside of a trail network to gain the confidence to "drop-in" to the trails like Demo, Home Loop and the Sand box. Body Position, Gearing, breaking are the foundational skills, along with terrain awareness, will give you the ability to make confident decisions on the trails!

                                                TBA

Beginner Level 2 Clinic:  So you know how to ride a bike? Gearing makes sense, you use your breaks, you can "make it" through trails like Demo, Home and Collins lake. But there are still some errors that catch you up on the trail. Maybe you are "riding your bike" instead of "driving your bike"? Bike body separation for pumping, turning and lifting your wheels over roots and rocks are still challenging you? Then this is the clinic for you. Practice drills for all of the above will help you become more adept at reading the trail and then responding with your body to get your flow on!

                                               TBA

Intermediate Level 3 Clinic:  You've been riding your bike confiedently for awhile now, you want to go faster, become more efficient and nail the technical features on the trails "south of Burbrook". Direction Control, Pressure Control, Timing and coordination become essential skills to practice. OR have you OTB'd way to many time and cannot analyze why? We will go all the way back to the beginning and try and break some of those bad habits that may be putting you in danger, and teach you how to read the trail and move from "riding a bike" to "driving your bike".

                                              TBA
